How It Works:

Drive Up: Simply approach our new pay stations.

Register: Enter your licence plate information.

Select Your Wash: Choose your preferred wash option.

Payment: Easily tap, swipe, or insert your card. Receipts and invoices will be sent directly to you via SMS!

Important Guidelines:

Enter Slowly:** Enter the wash bay at a walking pace.

Stop When Indicated:** When the sign shows ️, put your car in park, wipers off and wait until the wash is complete. You'll see a ️ light to indicate it's safe to exit.

  • Introduction
    Welcome to Eco Wash Hub. This policy sets out the guidelines for participation in our Eco Wash Club. By joining the Club, you agree to abide by these rules, which are designed to ensure a high-quality experience for all our members while maintaining the integrity of our services.

    Eligibility and Membership
    This policy applies to all customers who subscribe to the Eco Wash Club. The monthly fee entitles a customer to access unlimited car washes for one registered vehicle only.

    Usage Guidelines

    • Single Vehicle Use: The monthly fee covers the use of one (1) registered vehicle exclusively. Use of the Club for additional vehicles is not permitted and may result in immediate termination of your membership.

    • Monthly Credit Limit: Each member is allocated a monthly credit limit of $400. Should your usage exceed this limit, additional charges will apply.

    • Service Locations: The Eco Wash Club benefits are available at all Eco Wash Hub locations.

    Liability
    Eco Wash Hub is not liable for any damage to your vehicle during the washing process. By using the Club’s services, you accept all risks associated with the use of our facilities and agree to hold Eco Wash Hub harmless from any claims or damages.

    Membership Termination
    Eco Wash Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for any violation of this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the misuse of services for multiple vehicles or any fraudulent or abusive behavior.

    Policy Modifications
    Eco Wash Hub may amend this policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via email, our website, or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the Eco Wash Club after such modifications will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
